¿QPM? S3 EP 7: An episode about Social Justice, Immigrant children, Voting and Music

In a phone conversation with Enrique Chi, we talk about how not being silent can change communities. Through their music Making Movies tell many stories but their latest album, in collaboration with many artists including Rubén Blades, encourages everyone to speak their truth, vote and actively help their own community.

A collaboration to inspire action

“SAL A LA CALLE” equivale a “NO TE ESCONDAS MÁS”, exprésate contra el mal y marcha contra la corrupción. Los que apoyamos al bien somos más. Los que apoyan al mal son menos que nosotros, en cualquier sociedad. Tengan fe. – RUBÉN BLADES"

Make it stand out

"In 2017 Art As Mentorship was created by Enrique Chi, born out of six years of collaboration between Making Movies and local non-profits Base Academy of Music and the Mattie Rhodes Center. What began as a week-long music education camp for youth in an underserved community has grown into a six-month songwriting and mentorship program called the Rebel Song Academy."
